Modern day slavery policy
Modern day slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour.
We, at St Paul Solicitors have zero tolerance for such practices.
St Paul Solicitors makes this statement in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We will set out steps that ST PAUL SOLICITORS have taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or in our relationship with other businesses or individuals.
Working with integrity, responsibility and transparency, added with a high quality of Service, is our focus and goal.
We have effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business.
We operate the internal policies to ensure that we are conducting our business in an ethical and transparent manner and our guiding policies that are in place to ensure this happens are the following:

- Whistleblowing
- Equality and Diversity
- Health and Safety
- Risk Assessment
- Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
These policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, as well as implementing effective systems and controls to minimise the risk of modern slavery becoming a part of our business and business dealings.
We have reviewed the risks our business dealing can present and we monitor this on an ongoing basis.
We are not aware of any established instance of modern slavery in our business or wider business dealings.
We are attempting to engage in training our staff to become aware of the issues surrounding slavery and human trafficking and to be able to identify such issues.
As such, identification and management of modern slavery risk will continue to inform and influence our own policies and procedures and is integral to the service we deliver.
